Heidi Specker’s photographs open up a subtle dialogue between body, space, and movement. Posture as an expression of communication becomes visible in the dancers: every pose, every glance speaks of relationships, self-understanding, and social interaction. The dance school as a space of encounter becomes a medium where nonverbal language between people becomes tangible. In Specker’s work, posture itself becomes the message.
